Pavels was a sworn advocate (attorney-at-law) and a member of  the Latvian Bar Association since 2005. He had gained his legal work experience in top listed law firms in Latvia, such as “Treilons & Petrovichs”, “A.Alliks, R.Balodis and partners”. Pavels is experienced in high-value investment projects, Mergers and Acquisitions deals, legal due diligence, commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
He had both public and private sector experience. Pavels had excellent experience in advisory and consulting job, he had worked as advisor to Prime minister and Finance minister of the Republic of Latvia.

Pavels had a Master degree in law and professional lawyer degree from the University of Latvia. Pavels was fluent in Russian, English and Latvian.
